How a CSA works: Veggie boxes work by paying for a full season up front in February. By receiving payments when costs are high but revenue is low, it helps us farmers get our seeds, equipment, potting soil and all the other little things we need to start up the season.
How do I pay?
Payment solidifies your spot in the CSA. We have limited amounts of membership space available. We accept e-transfers to info@livinthedreamfarm.net or direct payment through local line via credit card.
Once you press on the "Purchase or Buy Now" button, you will be directed to local line where, if you are new to purchasing from our farm, you will have to create an account. It takes about 2 minutes, super easy and straight forward BUT if you do have problems, please don't hesitate to shoot us an email and we can help you out!
When you place your order through local line, it will ask you for a date to pick up your order- since this is not a physical item, just choose any day in the month of February for the technicallity.
Cash payment delivered to farm is also accepted within 1 week of order being placed.
If you choose to go through with your membership, payment will be due immediately.
What do I get in my CSA bag?
By committing to a full season you can expect to receive, salad, micro greens, seasonal veggies/herbs. You do not get to choose or change what is in your bag but we get you the tastiest juiciest treats of the week for sure. What is in your bag will always reflect the season. Every Wednesday starting in July, you will receive an email stating what you can expect in your CSA for that current week. If you wish to add any extra produce or teas/ skincare etc.. to your bag , feel free to place an order on our online ordering site (local line) and we will be sure it is added to your bag.
What if I am going away or unable to pick up?
You have the option to opt out of your weekly box once throughout the season and receive an extra bag of produce any time in the season or we'll tack one on at the end of the CSA. If you have to opt out more than once, you can gift it to a family member/friend- just let us know who is picking up. We can also donate it to a family in our community in need of groceries- just let us know!
No refunds are given for a veggie box share once paid.
When do I start to receive my produce bags?
Full and Family Produce shares start July 6th- August 31st 2024
Salad + microgreen shares start May 4th- August 31st 2024

Saturdays-10-2 Sooke Country Farmers market (John Philips Memorial Park, 2201 Otter Point Rd)
Sundays-9am-5pm Livin' the Dream Farm 10069 West Coast Rd, Shirley, BC OR - Shirley Country Market 11-3
Do we grow everything included in your CSA?
YES! Everything you receive is grown on our land by our family.
